Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. DASNY is soliciting bids for the roof renovation and site drainage project at the Capital District DDSO - Hostel # 9888 at 40 Lower Hubbell Lane Lake George, New York 12845.
The project involves the renovation of an existing residential roof of approximately 5,000 square feet and providing site drainage improvements. The scope of work includes removals; roof framing and sheathing; asphalt shingles; aluminum facias, gutters, and downspouts; skylights; insulation; interior gwb and painting; subsurface drainage piping; sidewalks; and site restoration.
One construction contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $215,000 - $240,000.
