Notice to Bidders

DASNY Purchasing has implemented the use of the Bid Express service for the electronic processing of specific Purchasing opportunities.  Those Purchasing opportunities utilizing the Bid Express service will be identified in the Notice to Bidders section of the opportunity. Additional information regarding Bid Express will be posted in the Attachments section.

DASNY is conducting bid openings via ZOOM. Please refer to the specific opportunity for details. 

Questions regarding each RFP and Bid opportunities should be directed to the designated contact for each solicitation.
