Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside“BID ENCLOSED” and “ATTENTION: CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS – JENNIFER BURTCH.” DASNY will not be responsible for receipt of bids which do not comply with these instructions.
Individuals and entities submitting bids in person or by private delivery services should allow sufficient time for processing through building security to assure that bids are received prior to the deadline for submitting bids. All individuals who plan to attend bid openings will be required to present government-issued picture identification to building security officials and obtain a visitors pass prior to attending the bid opening.

The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is soliciting bids from Single Prime Site Work Contractors for the following Scope of Work to be performed at an OPWDD Broome DDSO hostel located at 300 Barnes Creek Rd, Owego, New York 13827.
The project consists of site work improvements and driveway renovations. The project will also include tree removal, earthwork, asphalt concrete paving, and site storm drainage work.
It is anticipated that all work will commence in summer 2020 and be completed by November 13, 2020. The estimated Construction Cost is between 225,000 and $275,000.

The bidder or its principals must have completed five (5) contracts of relatively similar size, scope and complexity within the last five (5) years or demonstrated an increasing ability to successfully complete contracts of incrementally larger size and scope within the last five (5) years.
