The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) intends to procure Tow Carts for South Beach Psychiatric Center  pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under Public Authorities Law Section 2879. This opportunity is intended for small businesses, as defined pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive law, and MWBE’s certified pursuant to Article 15-A and, if applicable, businesses selling goods or technology that are recycled manufactured.
