Appraisals/Fair Market Rent Studies. Determine the value of the proposed site, either through in-house appraisals or selected outside consultants.

Acquisition/Disposition. Coordinate the processes of acquisition or disposition and title transfer, saving time and resources.

Negotiation. Negotiate leases, options, easements and acquisitions.

Property Management. Monitor lease compliance and expiration and assist in resolving landlord-tenant disputes.

Appraisals/Fair Market Rent Studies

DASNY occasionally hires real estate appraisers to provide commercial and residential appraisal services throughout New York State. If you are interested in having your appraisal firm added to a list of appraisers, please send your request to [email protected].

Should your firm be selected for an appraisal assignment, you will be required to carry evidence of in-force Workers’ Compensation, evidence of compliance with NYS Law with regard to NYS Disability Insurance, a minimum of $1 million in General Liability Insurance and a minimum of $1 million in Errors & Omissions Liability Insurance. Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance, along with additional forms and/or limits of insurance may also be required based on your particular scope of services.
