Sealed bids for the above Work located at McPike Addiction Treatment Center, 1213 Court Street, Utica, New York 13502 will be received by DASNY at its office located at 515 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. DASNY is soliciting bids for the McPike Addiction Treatment Center Phase VII Renovation project.
The project consists of two (2) prime construction contracts; General Construction and Electrical (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection by Others). The project scope of work involves interior renovations and sitework.
The scope of work for each prime contract includes but is not limited to the following:
1) General Construction - Selective demolition, insulation, interior finishes, finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, windows, flooring, sitework, pavement, and asbestos abatement.
2) Electrical - Panel replacement, electrical connections to equipment furnished by others.
General Construction Contract estimated value is $500,000 - $600,000.
Electrical Contract estimated value is $275,000 - $325,000.

The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years.
