Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced today the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York has completed a $19 million major renovation at SUNY New Paltz's Bevier Hall. The $19 million improvement project for the 49-year-old residence hall included a new roof, windows, floors and bathrooms. The 212-bed hall also received a new elevator and entrance, as well an enhanced lounge space for students to meet. Heating, ventilation and Wi-Fi along with mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were also upgraded.
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced the completion of a $15 million project to improve Wilson Hall, a nine-story residence building at SUNY Plattsburgh. The project is part of $47 million in Capital Projects being completed on SUNY campuses statewide.

Gerrard P. Bushell, DASNY President & CEO, announced today that the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and the State University of New York issued approximately $150 million in low-cost, tax-exempt bonds through DASNY’s SUNY Dormitory Facilities Program for residence hall capital projects across New York State.
