All bidders are responsible for obtaining any addenda issued and posted to www.dasny.org in relation to this Bid.
The installing firm shall have not less than ten years of experience with the installation of similar fabricated signs and shall submit listings of five prior projects of similar scale within the last five years, and include Owner references.
Installers should be professionally training and certified.
Installation shall comply with all applicable municipal and building codes, and current ADA standards for accessible design. Any site conditions that create conflicts with the signage location shall be brought to the attention of the DASNY Interior Designer, before installing.
To request a bid package, e-mail the contact listed below. No requests for bid packages shall be honored within 7 days of bid opening date without special arrangements. Please reference the Solicitation Number listed above in subject title of your e-mail and include the name of the company, address and contact person, phone number and federal tax identification number with your e-mail request for bid packages.

In accordance with State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between Dormitory Authority personnel and an Offerer during the procurement process. Designated staff for this procurement are listed below. Contacts made to other Dormitory Authority personnel regarding this procurement may disqualify the Offerer and affect future procurements with governmental entities in the State of New York. Please refer to the Authority’s website ( www.dasny.org )for Authority policy and procedures regarding this law, or the OGS website (Office of General Services Home Page | Office of General Services (ny.gov) for more information about this law.
