The estimated construction budget for this project is $112 million. It is anticipated the renovation will include the abatement of hazardous materials and the replacement of approximately 1,450 windows, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and roofing systems. Program spaces within the scope of renovations include patient/ resident medical services, bedrooms, common spaces, dining facilities and staff spaces. Prior experience involving LEED certified projects and the use of Building Information Modeling Software (BIM) is also required.
