Sealed bids for the above Work located at Finger Lakes DDSO, Hostel #2425, 7059 Standpipe Road, Perry, New York 14530 will be received by DASNY at its office located at 515 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside “BID ENCLOSED” and “ATTENTION: CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS – JENNIFER BURTCH.” DASNY will not be responsible for receipt of bids which do not comply with these instructions.

DASNY is soliciting bids for the Driveway and Parking Lot Improvements at Finger Lakes DDSO Hostel 2425 in Perry, New York.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, reconstruction of an existing asphalt parking lot and concrete sidewalks. New stone pad and relocation of an existing wood sheds. Installation of storm sewer pipe, construction of wet swales for site drainage and installation of a new light poles and fixtures.
One Sitework Contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $500,000 - $600,000.

The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years.
