DASNY is soliciting bids for the Building 11 Roof Replacement and Hazardous Materials Abatement project at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center.
Project scope includes, but is not limited to, complete removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roof areas and low slope roof membrane, asbestos abatement, reconstruction of brick parapets, brick façade restoration throughout, structural reinforcing and construction of a roof canopy.
One General Construction contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $1,080,000 – $1,320,000.
