The Dormitory Authority, State of New York (DASNY) is soliciting the services of a masonry contractor to perform masonry restoration at the exterior of the Ellicott Complex at the University at Buffalo. Masonry work includes, but is not limited to, installation of repointing, removal and replacement of damaged brick units and brick cleaning.
The Work of the Project is to be bid as a single trade prime construction Contract, in Buffalo, New York. All corresponding firms must demonstrate experience in the completion of similar projects.
One Contract will be awarded for the work of this Project - Construction Contract estimated at $185,000-$200,000.
The Bid Documents will be available at a later date and Contractor should monitor the planroom for their release.
