Business partners James Frese and Pasha Adams, friends for more than 30 years, have deep roots within the Capital District community.  James has owned and operated JC Deli on Central Avenue since 2020 and has a long history in the hospitality industry, with work in his family’s catering business, his own catering business and numerous restaurants in the area.  Arbor Hill native Pasha entered the marines after graduating from Christian Brothers Academy, and has worked in law enforcement, with at-risk youth, and as a real estate entrepreneur.  Both men have made community service a priority, dedicating their time and energies to numerous organizations in the capital region.  They are grateful to be providing safe products and exceptional customer service in their hometown.
