The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (the “Authority”) currently has outstanding $98,525,000 of its New York University Insured Revenue Bonds, Series 2004B of the respective Subseries and principal amount shown above (the “Series 2004B Bonds”). At the request of New York University, the Authority intends to redeem all of its outstanding Series 2004B Bonds. Accordingly, the Authority has requested and directed The Bank of New York, as trustee for the Series 2004B Bonds, to give notice of the redemption of the Series 2004B Bonds. The Subseries 2004B1 Bonds will be redeemed on Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at a redemption price of par plus accrued interest to their redemption date, and the Subseries 2004B2 Bonds will be redeemed on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at a redemption price of par plus accrued interest to their redemption date. The redemption of each Subseries of the Series 2004B Bonds is subject to and conditioned upon the availability on their respective redemption dates of sufficient money for payment of the redemption price.
