april 1, 2010 And ending march 31, 2011, including
the Procurement policy and procurement
Contract guidelines, as amended

BE IT RESOLVED by the Members of the Dormitory Authority that the Dormitory Authority Procurement Contract Annual Report for the period commencing April 1, 2010 and ending March 31, 2011, including the Procurement Policy and Procurement Contract Guidelines as amended, is approved.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
