HECap Program Update - February 15, 2008
The HECap Board held its first regular meeting on January 15, 2008. The Board adopted its By-Laws and elected Ron Rock as its Chair. The Board also approved the form of Application to be used under the Program and the Alternative Non-State Fund Matching Methodology. Guidelines for processing HECap grants were also adopted.
