NOTICE OF VIDEO CONFERENCE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE MEETING

A Video Conference Corporate Governance Board Meeting of the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 3:00 p.m, by video conference at the Dormitory Authority's Albany Office, 515 Broadway, Albany, New York, the Dormitory Authority’s New York City Office, One Penn Plaza, 52nd Floor, New York, New York and the NYS Dulles State Office Building, 317 Washington Street, 11th Floor, Conference Room 2, Watertown, New York. The public has the right to attend this meeting and may do so at any of the locations listed. A video recording of the Meeting shall be accessible from the Authority’s website (www.dasny.org) not later than two business days after the close of the meeting.
