Construction-related Professional Services Program

This program segment covers:

1. Professional design contracts requiring the services of licensed architects, engineers, planners and surveyors;
2. Regulated professional contracts requiring the services of individuals and firms whose practices are regulated by the State of New York;
3. General consultant contracts such as construction management services, affirmative action services, and general business services; and
4. General service contracts such as janitorial, snow removal, and printing. The activities of this program segment tend to follow that of the Construction Contracting Program outlined above.
