Sealed bids for the above work located at Fiorello H. LaGuardia Community College, 28-02 Skillman Avenue, Long Island City, New York 11101 will be received by the DORMITORY AUTHORITY - STATE OF NEW YORK at its office located at . Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated as bid for the project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside "BID ENCLOSED" and "ATTENTION: CONTRACTS UNIT." The Dormitory Authority will not be responsible for receipt of bids which do not comply with these instructions.
Individuals submitting bids in person or by private delivery services should allow sufficient time for processing through building security to assure that bids are received prior to the deadline for submitting bids. All individuals who plan to attend bid openings will be required to present government-issued picture identification to building security officials and obtain a visitors pass prior to attending the bid opening.

The Dormitory Authority requires that a completed New York State Uniform Contracting Questionnaire be submitted with each bid. Failure to submit the New York State Uniform Contracting Questionnaire may result in rejection of a contractor's bid. Failure to provide bid security as indicated in the Information for Bidders may also result in rejection of a contractor's bid.
In accordance with State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between Dormitory Authority personnel and an Offerer during the procurement process. Sealed bids for the above work located at Coney Island Hospital, 462 1st Avenue, New York, New York 10016will be received by the DORMITORY AUTHORITY - STATE OF NEW YORK at its office located at . Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated as bid for the project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside "BID ENCLOSED" and "ATTENTION: CONTRACTS UNIT."
